Sin City’s most renowned bad boy, Zachary Denning, visits a sinful Vegas club looking for a new thrill when he’s intrigued by curves-for-days Makenna Helton watching others’ pleasure.

Makenna is far too self-conscious to play. But when Zach dares her to submit to him, she can’t resist the chance to be the gorgeous billionaire’s secret lover. During their sizzling night together, Makenna gives the powerful stranger everything—except her heart. Zachary isn’t satisfied. He wants more, and he’s playing for keeps.

Then his romance with Makenna is exposed. When scandal erupts, she retreats. But Zach is determined to have his heart’s desire. He’ll not only win her surrender, but her love.

5 Star Review Slow Burn (Titans Sin City #2) by Sierra Cartwright Slow Burn is the story of Makenna Helton and Zachary Denning. From the moment he sees Makenna he is drawn to her, there is something about her that calls to him. Learning that she is new to the BDSM lifestyle, he decides to guide her. I fell hard and fast for Zachary, there was something about him that ticked all my boxes. Makenna cannot believe that Master Zachary could be interested enough to scene with her, as she has heard of his reputation as a playboy. As I have come to expect from a book by Sierra Cartwright, Slow Burn was well written and the story flowed well. The characters were easy to relate to and I quickly found myself invested in their story. I loved the chemistry between Zachary and Makenna, it was scorching. The intensity of the relationship jumps off the page as you read. The care, patience and protectiveness that Zachary shows Makenna was heart warming. It was a joy to watch Makenna blossom under his guidance.

Sierra Cartwright has done it again with 'Slow Burn', the second book in her "Titans: Sin City" series. Of course, this book can stand on its own but then you'd miss the deliciousness of her first book, 'Hard Hand', and the fact that Avery and our new heroine, Makenna, are friends plus Cole, and our current dominant, billionaire Titan, Zachary, are friends. Both Makenna and Zachary have their own coping mechanisms in place to keep from getting hurt again but between Ms. Cartwright and Fate, neither of them stand a chance. The storyline and characters are both relatable and fantasy-inducing. Another great read.

- *** Free book for an honest review *** This book struck a hot an emotional feeing with me from the jump start. I loved how not only the scenes where hot, but I was so emotionally invested in this book. I think Sierra did such an awesome job making feel what Mekenna felt and making us see that a man can just the same fear and feelings as the woman he loves. *** Free book for an honest review ***
