Sikap dan Etika merupakan modal dasar yang harus dimiliki orang yang akan memasuki dunia kerja, terlebih bagi mereka yang memilih berkarir di industri hospitality atau dunia perhotelan. Dalam buku ini dibahas dan dijelaskan sikap-sikap dasar profesi yang mutlak harus dimiliki oleh calon pekerja. Disamping itu buku ini juga memberikan informasi praktis bagi calon-calon karyawan yang akan menggeluti dunia hospitality dan aturan-aturan umum yang berlaku di hotel yang harus ditaati bagi karyawan dan mahasiswa.

was born in Denpasar 5 Mai 1981, now as a lecture at The International Institute of Tourism and Business, Bali (IPBI). Undergraduate education is was taken at STP Nusa Dua - Bali. The Masters Degree was taken at the Tourism Study Program at the Postgraduate Program at Udayana University in Bali was completed in 2016. Those who are related are satisfied with work experience, such as Restaurant Managers at Food Enterprises Inc., USA, Butlers at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. He also attends professional training such as Training Seafarers' Assessment, Inspection and Certification by the Ministry of Sea Transportation, HACCP Food Safety Management System Development Training by SAI Global, VBM535 Management System Audit Training by SAI Global, License Appraisal Training by the National Professional Certification Board, and Internal Audit Quality Training for ISO 9001: 2008 by Proxis Management International. He was involved in conducting research, teaching lectures in hospitality administration, and many of his writings were published in national and international journals. Now he lives in Denpasar, until now he is a permanent lecturer at The International Institute of Tourism and Business, Bali (IPBI) and can be contacted via email: [email protected]
