Siksha Aur Sikhshan: Ek Chintan

Dr. Sanjay Kumar is presently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi. Before joining teaching, he served in the Indian Air Force from the year 1985 to 2000 in various technical capacities. He received MBA from Pune University in the year 1994 and M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana in the year 2000. Thereafter, he received PhD in Wireless Communication from Aalborg University, Denmark in the year 2009. He has above 32 years of teaching, research and work experience in the field of Wireless Communication. He has written a book on Wireless Communication, which has been published from Denmark. Dr. Sanjay Kumar is also an editorial board member of the International Springer Journal on Wireless Communication. He has been closely associated with organization and reviewing process for several National and International conferences and workshops. In addition to technical subjects, he has been organizing and conducting workshops on teaching effectiveness, self-development and yoga practices. This book is a reflection of his interest in these domains.
