Hi, Reading this book helped me understand the basics of skill a project management should have or good to have. going throung the book help me understand certain needs and values that are needed to be a project manager or that certain values that i could implement in life before getting into a conclusion. hoping to read more detailed about these topics. thank you for your time for writing this booklet.

It did not leave me with anything other than social skills (with self and people) for project management rather than true project management skills. I would have liked to see tips on planning, strategy, execution etc...

This book was really about specific skills you require to be a good manager and Project Leader. Since most of the work of a manager is to ensure projects I.e. work gets done, then this is a useful self development book to help managers hone and reflect on their management skills.
