Isla and Her Bears . . . I am impressed that this series is more than just shifter romance. Some serious issues are raised and worked into the stories. We learn more about Isla and her bears as we learn the story of the those in her life, not only her mate Torben, but the others in her reverse harem, Ran, Hunn and Finn. We also find out why the bears are no longer having cubs. There is much going on, and some surprises waiting for the reader.

I just can't allow myself to spend any more money on her books. It's bad enough when free books are loaded with grammatical errors and inconsistencies, but when I spend my hard-earned money, I expect the author to at least have a decent proofreader. It really is a shame. Other than the errors, the stories I have read so far could be amazing.

This is the second book in this series with one more promised. I didn’t think this one was as good as the first but it was still an interesting story. Isla and Alis become better acquainted and we get to know the men better. There is more action and sex but is missing the lightheartedness of the first book. I was disappointed with her not sharing things about her past but hopefully she can get past that. It is still a good book and I am wanting to read the next installment. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
