White Lies

The second book in her circus series seems to take the reader on a personal journey. Does this intense search contribute or detract from this story? The answer is yes to some extent on both. No one writes better dialogue than Skye Warren and no one confronts underlying character fears any better. However in this particular volume of this series I felt myself being removed from the story and the action to some extent. Still my favorite author, I find myself eager for the third book and whatever the resolution might bring

Sienna and Logan's story continues, and boy did this book grab me and suck me right back into this tantalizing tale. Tension, suspense, drama, raw emotions, danger, heat, twists, heart and poignancy combine into a captivating and intoxicating brew that had me consumed and left me beyond anxious for book three.
