4.5 Stars The next book the in this hockey series and boy is it a good one! This one has me intrigued because it's a brother's best friend, second chance romance. Warner and Imogen have a history that didn't end well. These two along with Ford hit me in the heart with their past. Warner wants to make amends with the woman who got away. You can tell Warner is a great guy who needs to tell his side of the story. You can't base your opinion of him off what Ford's says. I love the camaraderie between this team. They are goof balls that's for sure. Do you believe in fate because Warner sure does when life puts Imogen right back into his orbit after all these years. Great connection between the characters that have emotions just pouring off of them. I literally gobbled this one right up. It was hard to put down. I was rooting for Warner and Imogen all the way!

This was fun, sexy, sweet, and emotional at times. Not only do we have a second chance romance, but throw in hockey and a best friend's sister and the combination was fire.

Finally! We get to hear what happens and all the details. This one hits you in the feels. Their story was sad but sweet and you can’t help but root for them. I really loved both characters but specially how much he isn’t afraid to show his love for her and go after it. Swoon. Just an all around great couple. Plus some banter from the other players and wife’s!
