Autoren-Profil

Dr. Mary Lacity is Curators' Professor of Information Systems and an International Business Fellow at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, USA. She is also Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics, UK and has published twenty books.

Dr Brian Nicholson is Professor at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. Since 1995, he has been involved in teaching, research and consultancy projects in the broad area of global sourcing of software and other business processes. Brian has authored two previous books including Sustainable Global Outsourcing (Palgrave, 2012) with Ron Babin.

Dr. Ron Babin is Associate Professor at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. His research focuses on the role of global IT and business process outsourcing in business and the impact on society. Dr. Babin teaches Global Technology Trends to MBA and undergraduate students. He is also an accomplished executive educator in the area of outsourcing strategy, governance and relationship management. Prior to joining Ryerson University, Dr. Babin was a strategy partner at Accenture and at KPMG.
