ADRIAN FAVELL Professor of European and International Studies at Aarhus University, Denmark. VIRGINIE GUIRAUDON Research Professor at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) at the University of Lille Nord de France. A recipient of the Descartes-Huygens prize and the European Union Studies Association Best Paper prize, Virginie was also awarded the CNRS bronze medal for best young researcher. Her books include: Les politiques d'immigration en Europe, Controlling a New Migration World, and Immigration Politics in Europe: The Politics of Control.
