VIRGINIE GUIRAUDON Research Professor at the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) at the University of Lille Nord de France. A recipient of the Descartes-Huygens prize and the European Union Studies Association Best Paper prize, Virginie was also awarded the CNRS bronze medal for best young researcher. Her books include: Les politiques d'immigration en Europe, Controlling a New Migration World, and Immigration Politics in Europe: The Politics of Control.
