In a wheelchair since birth, his freakish ability has gotten him kicked out of ten foster homes since the age of four. Michael J. Bowler is an award-winning writer of novels and screenplays who’s made low-budget horror films, written/produced/directed stage plays, and taught high school. He’s also an adoptive single dad and lifelong volunteer with youth, especially incarcerated, disabled, and marginalized youth. Michael hopes his books can show young people they are not alone in their struggles, and he continues his advocacy for children’s rights.
