This is the perfect companion for someone who has been contemplating serious change. Having been raised in a mostly negative environment (alcoholic parents), I would like to see everyone that has had to deal with that kind of upbringing, to utilize this most excellent revisit of the authors journey.

I love this book! I learned more from this book than many years of therapy. That said, this is not a substitute for therapy or counseling. It should be used as an adjunct. Wonderful read, I highly recommend.
