I loved Boone and Violet's story! As always, author Jessica Keller's characters were well developed. Great use of descriptive words so the entire book was easy to picture. I loved how strong Violet was in protecting Hailey yet how she struggled with her self-worth. In spite of this being the fourth book in the Red Dog Ranch series, it can be read as a stand alone. However, the Red Dog Ranch series is awesome and I highly recommend all the books in it! I did receive a free copy of this book from the author. I was not required to review it. All opinions are my own.
