Stealing the Bachelor is a charming, fast paced read about two people who have know each other since high school but have not always like being each others company. Ann Snyder is unlike the other women in her family. Where her sisters are drop dead gorgeous and attract mens eyes every where they go, Ann finds herself lacking in the department. Content with her looks she focuses her energy in becoming a successful business woman, allowing her bakery to fill the void of having a man in her life. Erice Maxwell has been in love with Ann since high school but couldn't understand why she became distant and almost hositle with him. When Ann finds herself in legal issues due to her skeazy ex-manager she turns to the only man who might be able to save her and her bakery, Eric Maxwell. Eric is thrilled Ann has come to him for help and not willing to let an opportunity slip through his grasp, Eric makes a deal with Ann. He will represent her in her legal troubles in exchange she will trun him from a geeky lawyer into a desireable bachelor, he just convientally leaves out the part that he wants to be a desirable bachelor worthy of her and her love. I really enjoyed this fast paced, feel good romance and look forward to reading more from this author. I received an eARC of this book compliments of the publsiher in exchange for my honest review and opinion. All ratings and opinions stated are my own.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley and I have also purchased a copy. This is the third book of the series. While it is a part of the series, you don't have to read them to fully understand and enjoy this book. The prior couples do make multiple appearances (as the three female protagonists in the series are sisters) I enjoyed the dual POV format that the book is written in. I really helped me to better connect with the characters. Ann Snyder is in MAJOR trouble. She hired someone that she thought was really helping her with her business but instead he stole from her and used her business to steal from others. She goes to her high school nemesis, Eric Maxwell. Eric is an attorney so he will know what to do. Ann doesn't like Eric because of a long misunderstand since high school days. Eric has had a crush on Ann since he met her. These two strike sparks off of each other but there are some hurdles to get through first. Can Eric prevent Ann from going to prison for something that she didn't do? Can the real culprit be located and brought to justice? Will a long-standing mix-up be cleared up? Well you will have to real this story to find out. There are some kissing scenes here. The sexy stuff was just a fade to black so no explicit scenes here in case you don't like that sort of thing. I really enjoyed this story and I will have to go back and read the prior stories of the sisters as they seem like they will be charming as well.

A very enjoyable sweet read. It's the third in the Stealing Hearts series but can easily be read standalone. Loved the slightly nerdy Eric and the way he'll do whatever he can for Ann just made me swoon. Ann was a little harder to warm up to but she and Eric seemed to work well together even if she is a bit clueless about how he feels. This sweet romance will make for a great lazy read for everyone. I recommend it.
