This book is what introduced me to Mr. King and helped a teenage girl and her single dad finally connect over the shared love for his story telling. Thanks for the continued conversations between us when it seemed we never had any common ground to start.

I'm not a big fan of Stephen King's books. I find them vulgar, rambling, compulsively long, shallow and utterly predictable. Why would I read something that I know how it will end thousands of pages later? I give his books a try again and again but even these short stories bother me. This one I only started because of the recent interest in the remade movie "it" but it is more of the same.

First experience i was lucky enough to have with the King. Blew my face pants off my mind balls. Felt as if I were there. The goosies, the rush of feeling. Fear felt good.
