Or what about Litecoin, which rose 1788% from $4.33 to $81.78 in 2017?

In the same time frame, the SNP 500 rose a mere 10.25% - and that was a good year for the market

Gold only rose 10.16% in the same time period.

I think that this book was a great introductory look into cryptocurrency. I have definitely learned a lot by reading this book. It's interesting to read this book in 2024 compared to 2013 based on how much the world and the industry has changed. My favorite part about this book was about how the author recommended the reader to research and learn more about the cryptocurrency and where it is coming from. As well as what the company behind the cryptocurrency supports because I totally can understand how, by not taking the time to really care about your investment, that small factor could affect your life as well as your future in cryptocurrency. I also like the summaries about the different types of crypto and why/how it is notable in the industry.
