About the author
Stewart Liff has held positions with the Department of Defense, Veterans Health Administration, and Veterans Benefits Administration, where he received the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service. He also received the President’s Council on Management Improvement Award. Currently a business and government consultant and trainer, Liff is the author of four books on government management.
