Today is August 3rd 2017. In 2008 a co-worker happened to mention this book called, " Easy Way To Stop Smoking ". So a few days later when I happened to see it on a bookshelf at the local grocery store for under $20.00, I thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I bought the book and following Mr. Carr's first bit of advice, I proceeded to read the book, all the while smoking up a storm as usual. Over the next 4 days I began to realise that he was a brilliant man who had a very bad health scare which inspired him to create this simple program. I finished reading the book on Sunday, August 3rd, 2008. So today marks my 9th year totally smoke free. And as the title says, I found quitting smoking not only easy, but have actually enjoyed realising how simple and honest all of the information he put together has been to follow. Thank you for my health & freedom Mr. Carr !

Every excuse to smoke has been exploded in this book. Really makes you think about what on earth you are doing to yourself. I haven't become a non-smoker yet, but I believe I can. It takes me a bit to absorb information from a book. Especially when you have two grandchildren and a demented father-in-law living with you. Makes it really hard to concentrate.

read book and did not quit smoking I myself do not find it as an easy way to quit nor do I feel it ever really pointed out anything that would help you other then state the obvious that all smokes know and thats you should quit haven't quit from anyone else telling me and I guess it isn't going to be from Allen Carr telling me either some good points and I get his points but still smoking so that's that
