It would've been better if it didn't skip from page 134 to 140 with the swipe of the page. Left me mad and missing important sections off the book.... Not cool!

This is a really good read for me. I would not consider it is a fairytale or even a retelling of one but it does have a long lost Duchess and it has Prince in it. Sam is a lost Duchess from Lilaria. She had no idea and apparently, her mom never mentioned it to her stepfather before she passed away either. She is a teacher's assistant and is working on her master's when she discovers her family's history. Alex or Prince Yummy as he is dubbed by many a student in the states and the press seems to have fallen in love or lust at first sight with Samatha and will do all he can to convince her to accept her Duchess legacy and move back home to Lilaria. Life changes so much when she does. This is one of those books that had my attention the entire time I was reading it. It was a fun and dicey little read and I am so looking forward to the next book in this series.

But all her conflicts where in her head. She got along with everyone???? Wanted more reality less fairy tale. But i liked it
