Sugauna Diaries', a memoir based on the experience of the past and the present, captures in the form of snippets, the vibrant life of Sugauna, a village in the Madhubani district of north Bihar. The book also reminisces the author's life in some Delhi publication houses or his pulls for trains. The colloquialism the book is alive with and the author's dig at the eccentricities, fads and fancies of the village, make it all the more interesting.
Om forfatteren
Deepak Singh is native of Sugauna, a village in north Bihar, where he lives and loves to write about his village and its people. A writer, having worked in some reputed publication houses in Delhi, with a knack for telling stories he knows his craft well.
He gives tuition to schoolchildren and enjoys teaching English to make them smart enough to flaunt the language.
