The book contains a straightforward description of three events in World History, namely the Industrial Revolution, Rise of Germany and Italy as Nations and New Imperialism. It contains only four chapters which are as follows.

1. The Industrial Revolution - Its Effects

2 - A. Unification of Germany

2 - B. Unification of Italy

3. New Imperialism

The World events are selected as per the requirement of the Punjab University Chandigarh, India, Syllabus for B. A. III Semester VI for the subject of History. The description is such that it will help the students to develop their answer in point format.

The events form the part of Unit II of the Syllabus of the above-mentioned university. Similarly, Series One of World History (Already Published) contains the chapters related to Unit I of the syllabus, and the Series Three of the World History (Under Preparation) corresponds to three chapters in Unit III.

All the topic in this book was played a major role in world history. The author try to write all concept relate to the chapter. The best thing of this book simple english language and make a point of all the topic and if reader is not a history student but when they read this book they easily understand this book and major incident of world history

This book contains three series on World History written by Prof Sumir Sharma. The author has written this book in a very simple language, so that students can understand World History very easily. This book contains three events of World History i. e The Industrial Revolution, Unification of Germany and Italy & New Imperialism. All the events are written in proper headings. So one must read this Book .Indeed, A great work by Prof Sumir Sharma for students as well as for the history scholars also
