Russell W. Ramsey - American national security affairs educator. Decorated Bronze Star, Air medal, 6 other medals; National Endowment of the Humanities fellow, 1978; National Record Holder men's age group 55-59 United States Masters Swimming. Bachelor of Science, United States Military Academy, 1957. His 20-year Army career included combat in the jungles of Vietnam and high-level staff assignments at the Pentagon. Master of Arts, University Southern Mississippi, 1963. Ph.D. in history from the University of Florida, 1970. Doctor of Pastoral Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary in Indiana. Educator at five universities during a 30-year career, authoring 25 books.

Angel Giacomo - After a successful career in law enforcement as a field officer, explosives detection K-9 handler, and fatality traffic investigator, Angel Giacomo gravitated into writing. She has a degree in Political Science and History from the University of Oklahoma. A big believer in helping veterans, Angel supports a number of veteran organizations. Her first book, a military thriller, The Jackson MacKenzie Chronicles: In the Eye of the Storm was published in 2020.
