Not quite as I expected for a different take of an another story origin. But not bad either, just mediocre. And I still love Superman in many ways. Hopefully there'll be more of great stories from DC Black Label that we all fans longing for.

Remember when young Clark joined the Navy and got a mermaid girlfriend? I wish I didn't. The rest of it isn't terrible, just forgettable.
