After trying to save her best friend from a loveless marriage, Jane Sherwood has been constantly harassed by the upset groom, Ryan Blair. From bankrupting her to having her kicked out from her apartment, Ryan has been getting his revenge for the past three years. One night, Jane decides she needs some revenge of her own and punches Ryan so hard it leaves her hand injured. To make up for such a humiliating spectacle, Ryan attempts to make Jane his mistress and takes care of her while she heals. Just how much more suffering will Ryan put her through? Is he really trying to get revenge or is there something else behind his actions?

World class jerk and staker. And no one really puts him in his place. Doesn't show regret. So the woman has to come around to "he's so kind to me"

About the author

Susan Napier is a former journalist and scriptwriter who turned to writing after her two sons were born. Born on St Valentine's Day, Susan feels that it was her destiny to write romances and, having written over thirty, she still loves the challenges of working within the genre. She likes writing traditional tales with a twist, and believes that to keep romance alive you have to keep the faith and believe in love of all kinds. Susan lives in New Zealand with her journalist husband.
