About this ebook

This book undertakes to accomplish three tasks in bringing the world of neuroplasticity to the everyday reader and to his or her idea of improving it in a way they see fit. It shows the reader that each person has the ability to alter and adjust the shape and resistance of his or her own mind. This is powerful information because when you alter the shape of the mind, you are essentially changing your destiny.

Here is a preview of what you'll learn...

•                  Boost neurogenesis

•                  Improve brain circulation

•                  Boost mitochondria

•                  Reduce neuroinflammation

•                  Promote the formation of new brain synapses

•                  Improve sleep (and optimize cyrcadian rhythm)

•                  Increase vitamin d without supplements

•                  Become the best version of yourself

•                  Much, muchmore!

Everyone tries to get rid of the negativity affecting our life in every possible way: reading books on the subject, taking part in training courses. Everyone is looking for the system to be always productive and achieve every goal.

If there is still something missing to live the life of your dreams, it is not your fault... Unfortunately, this is what you have been taught and it does not make you able to change. It happens because you did not use neuroplasticity.

I was really sceptical at first, I have since concluded this book is HANDS DOWN the best meditative tech I've come across. It's fast, it's simple, it's effective. Most of all...it's different. You will not be disappointed. Im a seasoned meditator and I can honestly say without a doubt this book will change the way you think about and engage in meditation. Blows other techniques out of the water.

Clear writing about a challenging topic. Relates details back to current issues, e.g. addiction, brain training, mental maturity. Recommended for anyone who wants to better understand how our brains change.

Our brain is more flexible than we've ever thought before. It changes because it is constantly optimizing itself, reorganizing itself by transferring cognitive abilities from one lobe to the other, particularly as you age. Through this book, you'll be able to learn what Neuroplasticity is and what it can do for you. Having this book will give you clear and better understanding about Neuroplasticity; will help you on how to apply your brain's natural powers and ability to reconstruct and rewire to enhance the quality of your life
