Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Osterpredigt der Gegenwart als zentralem homiletischen Thema und zeigt daran exemplarisch die Relevanz der Hermeneutik für die Homiletik. Im ersten Teil werden wichtige hermeneutische Weichenstellungen nachgezeichnet, anhand von Autoren wie Reimarus, Strauß, Schlatter, Bultmann, Hirsch, Marxsen, Lüdemann und Theißen. Im zweiten Teil entwickelt die Autorin zwei Methoden zur Predigtanalyse, mit deren Hilfe sie 16 Predigten zu Mk 16,1–8 auf ihren Textbezug und die Darstellung der Auferstehung untersucht. Im dritten Teil werden die Ergebnisse homiletisch reflektiert und über die Diagnose hinaus Wege und Kriterien vorgeschlagen, um die diagnostizierten Probleme, wie eine gewisse Sprachlosigkeit im Blick auf die Auferstehungsbotschaft, zu umgehen. A Hermeneutical and Qualitative-empirical Study of Contemporary Easter Sermons on Mark 16:1–8] This study focuses on contemporary German Easter Sermons as a central homiletic topic, highlighting the homiletic impact of resurrection hermeneutics. The first part describes hermeneutical touch points by exemplary scholars like Reimarus, Strauß, Schlatter, Bultmann, Hirsch, Marxsen, Lüdemann and Theißen. In the second part, the author develops two methods to analyze Easter sermons on Mark 16:1–8. She tracks the preachers' references to biblical texts, and analyzes the sermons' understanding of resurrection. The third part reflects upon the results suggesting a fruitful hermeneutics of the Easter Gospel for preachers and proposing ways to address the neglect of the Christological center of the message of resurrection.
About the author
Susanne Platzhoff, Dr. theol., Jahrgang 1979, studierte Evangelische Theologie in Dresden, Heidelberg und Halle und ist jetzt Pastorin in der Nordkirche. Mit der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde sie 2016 an der Theologischen Fakultät der Universität Leipzig (bei Alexander Deeg) promoviert.
