Great story, almost Cinderella like. A love story between two highly socially mismatched individuals, with high Parisian style fashion and delightful developments within the Ton and the two who fall in love. One scene in particular, at a certain ladies ball, will stay with me long after I closed the book. Ms Rogers is to be commended for her writing. Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed this book. The characters were well crafted and described so you can just picture them. This was a wonderful story which I'll quite possibly read again in the future.
