About this eBook

Small town. Big secrets. Welcome to Sweet Ridge.

Gage Cooper has always wanted a particular piece of family land. Not only for the oil on the property, but to prove to his father that Gage's past doesn't define his future. When his dad wills the land to stranger Charlotte Wilkinson and all Gage gets is a mysterious key, he's determined to do anything to get his rightful inheritance back.

Charlotte Wilkinson never expected to inherit a piece of property in Sweet Ridge, Texas –the Aussie businesswoman is focused on building an environmental analyst career in America. But the moment arrogant oil-man Gage Cooper walks into her office accusing her of seducing his father, all plans for selling the property to him fly out the window.

Then fate threatens to send her back to Australia and the dueling duo are forced to accept a fake marriage to keep their dreams alive. But as they discover common ground, and a surprising chemistry together, suddenly Gage must decide what's worth more: the land he's always coveted or a future with Charlotte?

If you are looking for a romance with a marriage of convenience between two nemesis, this is the one for you. Cage Cooper, a successful oil businessman , has been at odds with Charlotte Wilkinson. She has been the environmental analyst that has been a thorn on his side from day one. When he discovers she inherited from his father a piece of property he deems belongs to his family, he is ready to do battle with her. Expecting an old grumpy woman, he’s shocked to meet the gorgeous Charlotte. As things heat up and the marriage of convenience becomes more and will they be able to come to an agreement? Though is was not my favorite book by this talented author , it was still an enjoyable. I was entrusted a copy of this book by Tule Publishing. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

What happens when the attorney reads your dad's will and it doesn't say what dad says he was going to write in it? OH Man! Sweet Texas Fire is the second book in the Sweet Texas Secrets series and it is all about family and yes secrets. Don't worry you do not have to have read the first book in this series to enjoy this one, but I will share that the first book is just as good as the second book. This is Gage Cooper's story the oil man in the family. He is the brother who wants to gain his dad's approval the most I think. Then opposite Gage we have Charlotte Wilkinson an sexy Australian environmentalist who keeps him on his toes for lots of reason one of which is the land he wants. This is book is well written and fun to read while given me something to think about along the journey. Isn't that what a really good book should do?

They may be enemies though they have never met one another but when Charlotte Wilkinson and Gage Cooper actually meet in the flesh the attraction between them is strong This leads to a slow burn romance that will keep you engaged until you turn the last page Gage is an oil man who has had quite a few run ins with the environmental management company that Charlotte works for in fact he thinks that old maid has it in for him. All he really wants his to drill on one particular block of land that his father owns Then the unthinkable happens his father dies suddenly and that land that Gage wants so much is left to her she is willing to sell it ti him until his arrogance makes her change her mind She is about to lose her job and needs a green card urgently or she will have to return to Australia. Can Gage give her what she wants by giving her a fake marriage and all it will cost her is that land Land she didn't really want anyway. With a family mystery brewing and emotion developing can these two actually realise that they are meant for one another.
