About the author

Francesco Tullio Altan is an Italian illustrator who began his career in 1974. His Kika books were created as first books for his daughter, Kika, and offer a child's eye view of the world while incorporating talking animals and objects. Kika books are excellent first stories for babies and toddlers and are especially sweet in families with emerging readers who can read-aloud to a baby sibling.
