Another great story by Sybil Bartel! If you love a good alphahole, Talon will be right up your alley. The perfect blend of spice and drama, I was sucked in from the start and found myself barreling through because I didn't want to stop reading. Sybil Bartel does such a good job building this world and the characters that I find myself caring about the MMC, FMC, and all the side characters and hoping they get solo books so I can have more of them! Don't worry, this is part of a series but 100% a standalone with a HEA. The story wasn't rushed or exaggerated, and reminded me why I fell in love with this author after my 1st book by her.

This book was a good read👍🏼. I loved the twist & turns. Loved how Talon and Nicole worked out their differences between each other & how much he fought for her to be in his life, even though it frustrated me on how long it took her to tell him everything about her life & past.

I have e now read all the hero and anti hero books for the second time, I thought they were the best the 1st time of reading but I have enjoyed even more the second time. they have every element for a totally exciting reading. I'm sad I've finished but I fully intend to read them again. I felt the excitement, fear, longing and love. the respect list goes on. thank-you for what you put into your writing. they are not just stories, they are an experience. I especially love Tarqins and Sheila's story, even though I cried for them. Again thank-you. I love the characters and wi.l be watching in case you follow up with more of their lives. here's hoping.

Sybil grew up in northern California with her head in a book and her feet in the sand. She now resides in southern Florida, and while she doesn’t get to read as much as she likes, she still buries her toes in the sand.
