This book tells you the what and why, not the how. I understand the content focuses on inner peace and mental imagery, yet you need to consider external variables & resourcefulness. Gave it 2 stars for the effort of letting me know that someone has stated my questions in a form of tips, yet the "how" is the answer I'm looking for. The words of advice in it were familiar already coz it's where our curiosity revolves around. Sorry, such statements of generic optimism are neither informative nor uplifting for me so far. Please rewrite it.
