About this ebook

He’s an ex-convict.

I am the prized daughter of a family known for their name.

We always knew it couldn’t work, but that didn’t mean we wouldn’t try.

But when we did, it was all torn apart.

He was locked away.

And I was helpless to stop the mass destruction that followed.

He was wicked to my heart.

And just like poison, the effects can be dangerous.

What an epic conclusion in this duet. Book two picks up right where book one left off and stole my heart and ripped it out all in one sweep. Rylee's character development made me feel so proud of her as a reader and I loved her personal growth with a surprise circumstance. August killed me with his broody tendencies and I wanted to shake some sense into him. I love how the author through in a fantastic twist just to make sure I was captivated and wouldn't let go of this story HIghly recommend!!!
