Largely popular among the older ages it is not becoming an excepted art form to the younger generation too. Tai chi training generally involves the theories and practices evolved in agreement with many Chinese philosophical principals some of which include Taoism and Confucianism tenants. Instinctively focusing the mind solely on the movements of the body in connection with the surroundings, tai chi helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity.
