About this eBook

Fed up with her disheartening life in New York City, Mia takes a gamble and embarks on an invigorating journey abroad to business school in Spain.

When Mia Fuentes moves to Spain for graduate school, desperately trying to leave her past behind, the last thing she ever imagined was getting involved with Leo Durant, the hottest and most sought after guy on campus.

Leo is sexy, confident, and has the ultimate bad boy reputation. Something about him keeps pulling her in, when she knows she should be staying far away in the secluded world she has built for herself. Will she be able to overcome her fears and inner struggles that have brought her here? Or will Leo be able to teach her something about love and that not everything in life happens the way we expect?

Contemporary, multicultural, and deeply moving, this is the story of a young woman’s trials and tribulations of leaving everything behind and trying to create a new life for herself in a foreign country. It is a relentless journey of self-exploration, healing, and maturity, with a lot of romance, wit and humor.

excellent read. well-written, highly enjoyable characters, great setting. She managed to turn a trope into a creative, fresh plot, sustaining tension through the crises even though I knew the HEA was inevitable. I loved the international element and the excitement of a city celebrating a sports win of the beloved local team. There was a lovely romance but she found enough drama in the other aspects of their relationship that I never felt like good sex was the solution to all problems, a particular pet peeve of mine. I highly recommend this author and this book.

It wasn't what I expected, but I loved it. It had an adorable plot, and I love how their ethnicities tied into the story and they kept using Spanglish. You should know a bit of Spanish to read. It can be important at some parts. I wish there was more on their future though, at the end I has a peek at the sequel, but his brother doesn't really seem that interesting. Don't mess with a good thing. Anyway, I laughed and cried with them and I think they're so cute <3

It was the first book I read on wattpad and I totally fell in love with it,reminded me of my first trip to Spain, all the new things I learned and the experiences I had.. It also made me cry, which I dont really like to do, but when it happens while reading it means to me that the book affected me in one way or another,in my opinion one can't say that every book/writer is capable to do that so ThankYou M.C Roman for this 3books, even though I haven't read the 3rd,I know it'll be as good as the others ♥
