Within this Covid 19 special edition we follow Cool Soap on his adventure to rid the world of Covid 19.Cool Soap helps children understand the importance of hygiene and looking after their own health and others. Cool Soap was born out of the idea of how to protect yourself from Covid 19.
For each book sold £1 will be donated to the NHS Charites together. Specifically the Covid 19 urgent appeal.

I fell in love with drawing cartoons at a very early age. I believe I was around 11 years old when I first drew Cool Soap. I used to draw comics that my friends would read each week but sadly my art teach saw my comic and actually held up the comic to the class and told me “cartoons isn’t art and there is no future in cartoons” not sure that’s actually right my art teacher!
As you can imagine as a young boy it utterly destroyed me and my cartoon drawing days disappeared in to the Distance.
However, during the covid 19 pandemic I sat on my sofa feeling very sorry for myself due to losing my job due to the pandemic and my business struggling unnecessarily because of this horrible pandemic I felt the need to bring back Cool Soap to cheer me up. I spent days, weeks, months reconnecting with this old friend of mine and started creating more stories.
My son is my utter inspiration in bringing this story to life. Listening and learning from his own imagination allows me to create more and more wonderful stories.
I created the first book to help children understand the importance of hygiene and looking after one another. But Cool soap is more than that. We will explore new and wonderful adventures with Cool Soap and his friends fighting the mischievous germs. While learning about health and well-being.
We will also step into Barry the Alien adventures and see where is mishaps take him across the universe.
