This book is great both for the person new to submission and for the person who has been practicing for some time and wants to deepen their submission. It is written for all genders and sexual orientations and accommodates both monogamous couple and poly relationships.
The workbook is based on the class "Deepening Your Submission" taught by the author around the United States. This book takes you on a journey exploring your idealized version of submission to your practice and helps identify what you desire and need in your submission.
This workbook may be used alone or with a partner.

Rebecca Blanton is an author and performer. She holds a Ph.D. (abd) in Political Psychology and a BA in Psychology. She has practiced submission for over three decades. She has worked in politics and policy and still enjoys academic research.
