The workbook is based on the class "Deepening Your Submission" taught by the author around the United States. This book takes you on a journey exploring your idealized version of submission to your practice and helps identify what you desire and need in your submission.
This workbook may be used alone or with a partner.

Rebecca Blanton is an author and performer. She holds a Ph.D. (abd) in Political Psychology and a BA in Psychology. She has practiced submission for over three decades. She has worked in politics and policy and still enjoys academic research.
