This volume is about the Book of Acts, which takes place after Jesus has completed His mission on earth and returned to His Kingdom. What happens here is as important as are the Gospels, the Book of Genesis, and the Apocalypse (Revelation). Acts sets the basis for the remainder of the New Testament and Epistles.

The author has treated this book as a combination Bible study, Bible commentary, and in some places as an abridged Bible. Lerch’s desire is to integrate scripture and make the material in this important text relevant and easy to understand.

Lerch has been astonished by the wisdom spoken in the Bible by Jesus, Solomon, David, and others. This book contains amazing speeches by Paul and others, the words coming from the Holy Spirit, which are awe inspiring.

Harold Lerch is a retired professional engineer. Lerch accepts the view that the Bible is God's Word and gives an account of real, historical events including that Special Creation is the true origin of all matter and life. Word to the World Ministries is an outreach ministry of Harold Lerch to provide complimentary Christian materials in over seventy languages. Lerch and his wife, Jeanne, have two children, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. They live near Middleburg, Pennsylvania, USA.
