I bought this after being stuck at the airport and after about halfway through it, I wanted my money back. Oh where to start..... sentences so choked with unnecessary descriptions that you get bored halfway through and forget what you were reading about; characters that are involved and contribute 0 impact to the story; horrible use of technical terms involving guns, planes, and music; and completely inaccessible for a series book. So bad I went out of my way to write this!

Wonderful story--tightly written, compelling plot featuring Charlie Hood, a good follow-up to Parker's "Iron River". The psychological suspense prompts the reader to turn the pages, swipe the pages, or paw their touch screen. J.P. Miller. Cambridge, MA
