Usually every kind of book, catch your attention after 100 pages. Carter is able to turn on this mechanism from the 1 page. Personally I think this is the most important thing should be in every book.

fantastic read! I don't think I've read a book within 2 weeks before. I will continue with his Robert Hunter series for absolute sure. Chris Carter is a great author who meows how to keep you engaged and interested.

Chris Carter is my favorite writer, he keeps you in suspense up until the end. You think you know who the killer is but he keeps you wanting to turn the page. It's definitely a book I couldn't put down.
