The mysterious cyborg had enough. Determined to capture Rose, he kidnaps children, offering to exchange their lives for the winged prophetโs surrender. Though Rose wishes to comply, Daniel Ricdeau, her adoptive father, and NISDAโs commander, wonโt let her.
In desperation, Rose tries a deadly gambit. The results are disastrous. She ends up putting not only herself in danger, but countless innocents. Daniel must now mount a rescue operation, well aware that failure implies losing both Nirniviaโs holy prophet and his daughter.
In the middle of it all, James is seething with rage. Roseโs apparent betrayal left him reeling, and he doesnโt care whether she survives. At least, thatโs how he feels on the surface. Deep down, he wonders if heโll ever learn the truth behind Roseโs actions.
Will the Cyborg capture Rose? Will she even survive? If so, at what cost? What will happen to James now that he canโt count on his only protector? Regardless of the answers, the cyborgโs attack will leave its mark.

My name is Benoit Lanteigne and Iโm a French Canadian (outside of Quebec) whoโs trying to write in English. That can be tricky. Iโm a computer programmer and I enjoy it. I see many inspiring writers who hate their day jobs and hope to quit someday, but thatโs not my case. Mostly, Iโve worked on websites and web applications.

Back in school, I enjoyed writing and according to my teachers and classmates; I had a talent for it. Well, not so much for grammar and spelling, but they liked my stories. Once I went to university, I dropped writing as a hobby. There were other things I wanted to focus on, such as my career. Then, in the early 2000s, around 2006 Iโd say, I had a flash of inspiration. At first, it was a single character: a winged woman with red hair. I didnโt even know who she was, but the image stuck with me. From there, I began figuring out details about her ori-gins and her world, but I only started writing for real in 2009. After over ten years of hard work, books of The Cyborgโs Crusade are finally ready for release.
