In book one, Shadowing Stella, Stella meets Jason while she struggles to come to terms with being the pregnant single daughter of the town’s preacher. All the while, she senses someone watching, but shrugs off the feeling as her overactive imagination. Her choice to ignore the danger may have deadly consequences if she’s not careful.
In book two, Implicating Claudia, Claudia gets reacquainted with Dawson, a family friend and neighbor. Things go awry when she’s accused of murdering her childhood friend. When the real killer sets his sights on her, she must rely on others, but her stubborn independent streak causes difficulty. Her defiance may put more than one life at risk.
In book three, Chasing Sofie, Sofie meets Caleb on the day of her boyfriend Johan’s untimely death. Johan was a professor on campus and Caleb is there to investigate a drug ring. She refuses to accept that Johan’s death was a suicide and begins an investigation of her own. When she uncovers evidence she thinks will lead to his killer, she finds out the hard way that being kept in the dark was far safer.

Elle E. Kay lives on a hobby farm in the Endless Mountain region of Pennsylvania. She is a born-again Bible believing Christian.
She keeps perennial gardens and enjoys the wildflowers strewn about her property. The wildlife who visit are a joy for her, but nothing beats the excitement of a kid being born to one of her many goats.
Shadowing Stella was Elle's debut novel. Implicating Claudia, and Chasing Sofie round out the Endless Mountain Series.
Elle writes for the multi-author Lawkeeper series and has released three contemporary romances with a suspense / mystery thread: Lawfully Held, Lawfully Defended, and Lawfully Guarded. She also released four historical romances titled Lawfully Taken, Lawfully Given, Lawfully Promised, and Lawfully Vindicated.
The Billionaire's Reluctant Bride was her first book in the multi-author Blushing Brides series, and it was followed by The Bodyguard's Fake Bride published in February of 2020.
She's currently working on a Christian romantic suspense / thriller series she hopes to release this year. After she finishes book one of that series, she'll concentrate on her second book for the multi-author Heroes of Freedom Ridge Series.
She writes children’s books under the pen name, Ellie Mae Kay.
