BRUCE WEINSTEIN and MARK SCARBROUGH are the creators of the bestselling Ultimate Cookbook series (on subjects as diverse as pizza, ham, candy, shrimp, and peanut butter) and have most recently published Goat: Meat, Milk, Cheese and Grain Mains.
