Richard Frame III
I really liked this weird little tomb. It let the reader imagine all of the possible horrors that permeate its pages. It's account of Mary and Helen and all that fell victim to their macabre hands, was written beautifully, as only a horror book could be! I also could see how this could've inspired some of Clive Barker's works. Fun read overall!

A classic in weird fiction and horror literature. The tone and atmosphere are incredibly well maintained throughout the story, although the ending may leave some readers dissatisfied. That being said, The Great God Pan is a fantastic short story and well worth the low price provided here.

There is a reason Stephen King reckons this to be the best horror novel in the English language. Superb!
