It was a dark and stormy night when Sarah, a young medical student, was called into work at the morgue. The rain was pouring down in sheets as she made her way to the building, her umbrella barely managing to shield her from the deluge. As she approached the entrance, the wind howled fiercely, and she could feel the fear building within her.

As she entered the morgue, the oppressive silence of the building sent shivers down her spine. She could hear the faint dripping of water from a leaky pipe, the distant sound of a door creaking in the wind, and the eerie silence of the empty hallways. Sarah had always found the morgue a place of unease, but tonight, it felt different. The air was heavy with an unfamiliar energy, and she couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched.

She quickly made her way to the autopsy room, where the body of a man who had died under mysterious circumstances was waiting for examination. As Sarah prepared to begin her work, she couldn't ignore the feeling that something was off. The temperature in the room seemed to drop suddenly, and she could see her breath as she exhaled. She shivered and rubbed her arms, feeling a sudden chill that had nothing to do with the weather outside.

Just as she was about to make the first incision, she heard a strange sound coming from the far end of the room.
