Everyone of us, goes through some kind of pain in our lives, be it minor or extreme. The pain of loss, failure, mishap, struggles, setbacks, betrayal, etc. helps us to be stronger person and transforms us into a better individual. No pain in life leaves us at a forfeiture, it teaches us a new lesson of life, with its exit. This anthology is basically a collection of poetry, short stories, quotes and microtales that talks about incidents of pain and the power "pain" holds, to rectify our mistakes and help us grow into a better self.

Shrunal, a writer, poet, music lover and a person who loves to see the beauty in everything. Shrunal means ‛Listener of the world'. Listening and observing the things and penning them down is what Shrunal loves the most. Not an amazing writer but writing what ones feel is what matters the most. Shrunal tries to put an impact on the readers. Shrunal is a day dreamer and a night thinker. Bhaswati Barman, a student of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering and a writer by choice. Writing is her passion. She listens to everyone and try to observe the reality behind everything and pen them down. Not an astonishing writer but she loves what she writes and she writes what she feels. As a sensitive human being, she watches the world carefully and transfers her emotions in the poems she writes. She just tries to put an impact on her readers and connect with them through her works.
