The pace of this book feels a little less frenetic than some of the previous ones had been, but I feel that served to pull us deeper into the lives of Jude and Thomas and the people closest to them. It certainly made me care more for some of the characters I wasn’t that fond of. The author has also introduced some new complications that might disrupt my pet theory. However, I’m still holding tight to my own personal notion of what’s really going on. Now, I can’t wait to see how right (or wrong)

Another awesome book, I enjoyed reading it. It was also good to see the story start near where the last one finished off. Jude and Thomas are working extra hard on finding the killer before anyone else gets hurt or, worse, killed again. Everything seems to be happening now, who can be trusted or who can't be, and what might happen next. I have a few guesses in my mind about who it could be, but I will just have to wait and see how it all plays out...... Can't wait to read the next book in this series.

Thomas is still trying to solve his wife's murder as he is taking time off from the FBI. A shooting at the company's party targeting Dr Morrison's clients. Monica is shot and Jude sides with Thomas is trying to find who is responsible. Another page turner.
