I seriously loved this book, and I'm so happy to be revisiting my favorite sexy intergalactic species again. This was the perfect blend of an alpha-possessive/protective male and a sassy, strong-willed female, but with an other-worldly twist that is so unique and different it makes you WISH for a K-Day to come soon! This story centers around Zaron, a super sensual alien biologist that is preparing for his people to colonize on Earth and Emily, a beautiful girl who is hurt and desperately needs his help. Zaron is a bit broken by past events in his life and Emily is the perfect distraction, until she becomes more of an obsession to him as passion and love ignite. If you haven't read the Krinar Chronicles with Mia and Korum, I urge you to do so. Not because you need to in order to enjoy this book, but because it's awesome and brings a bit more depth into this story. I think it would help someone better understand the Krinar world - which is totally fascinating! I applaud Ms. Zaires for her creativity in developing the Krinar world, the technology she infuses in their lives alone is extraordinary, and it's written so well that it actually makes sense. You really feel an advanced interstellar species could exist somewhere out there....hopefully! I hope to read more about the Krinar race in the future, they are some of the most highly sensual and alluring males that only my dreams and my Kindle could handle!!

I love this book...it's a great prequel to the Krinar series. Made me reach for the other books to re-read just so I have read it all in chronological order. I was luck enoygh to be an ACR reader and I absolutely, unequivocally loved this book! If you read korum's story then you have to read this! It answers questions you will undoubtedly have. There's passion,dominance,love and understanding in this story and it just leaves you wanting more stories from the krinars!! Each page is exciting and full of promise!! Thank you anna for an unforgettable read. My only complaint is that it ended and I could've read a million more pages .
