Miranda cocked her head to one side and asked, "What do you mean by that?"

He simply shook his head and replied, "No matter." Before he exited the cool confines of the cave, the beast Synth turned and said, "When Rumlar returns he will offer you that which you hold most dear…"

His words reverberated in her mind like a great echo through the Canyons of Fangdor.
