The reader for the audio reads to fast and there us no place that you can slow her down. She is reading the books as if she is in a hurry to finish and go home. The pages do not turn automatically as she is going onto the next page. I have just wasted money on a book that I am not enjoying. How can I get a refund?

It claims to be an audio book as well, which was my sole reason for purchase. The automatic voices on call waiting have more animation to them than this audio rendition! Such a horrible waste of my $$.

As someone else stated, I thought I was getting the audio format. Now it's expressly saying, "now u can switch to audio" and for a total different cost after the fact....really!!!!
